The 3rd International Topical Meeting on Optical Sensing and Artificial Vision (OSAV'2012) is organized and conducted by Saint Petersburg National Research University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics.

Optical Sensing and Artificial Vision can be described as the integration of imaging devices, computers, algorithms and human creativity, using non-contact data collection and analysis, to facilitate or automate:
