Innovation is the engine of development

After just over three years of operation, the competitiveness cluster OPTITEC has labeled some 94 innovative and collaborative projects. Nearly half have been publicly funded. Some fifty regional enterprises, mainly SMEs, have been supported in achieving their R & D activity. These results place OPTITEC among the best national clusters. Therefore each call for proposals seeks to further expand the circle of R & D cooperative actors. To encourage proposals for new project leaders, OPTITEC deploys a system of support to companies from idea to its realization, the search for funding partners, will enable them to access the label of cluster competitiveness photonics.

Innovating together to win

Twice a year, the competitiveness cluster OPTITEC calls for proposals to carry out the labeling of new R & D cooperative. Targets have been determined so that carriers can make their labeling with different points of potential funders throughout the year. Desiring to expand its share of support, the cluster will be available to project sponsors wishing to identify potential complementary partners from the stage of the LOI. This feature will allow affected businesses to develop their positions, to conquer new markets.
