The association is administered by a Board of Directors composed of 20 members elected at a general meeting for 3 years. The Board has both industrial and academic members (50% each).Its role is to enforce and implement the decisions taken in general meeting. It is chaired by the president elected by the Board. |

Strategic council |

The Strategic Council has an advisory role to the Board of Directors. It includes 24 members plus representatives of agencies that provide or consider providing financial resources.
The Strategic Council intervenes directly in the labeling of projects with an expert role and recommendations to the project leader.
The Strategic Council is chaired by Didier Rabaud (Shaktiware). Catherine Nary Man (OCA) is the vice-president.

Steering Committee |

The Steering Committee aims to endorse the decisions for the pole of competitiveness. It mandates the evaluation of the strategic council and takes the final decision to label or not the R&D projets. It is constituted both of board members and institutional partners that drive economical strategy development at regional and national level. |
