The program is now final, see the Program of the Conference, the list of Posters, and the list of participants.

The program features three main sessions: one day and half on ELT science, one day and half where ESO will present the E-ELT Basic Reference Design, and finally one day on ELT instrumentation. There are 11 science posters and 25 instrumentation posters that will be presented (1 minute) at a poster pop-ups session.

Social Events:

There will be a welcome cocktail on the first day. The gala dinner will be on Wednesday 29. Welcome cocktail and gala dinner are both included in the registration fees.

 

Proceedings and instruction to authors:

It is not planned at this moment to publish conference proceedings. Instead, presentations (oral and posters) will be available through this web page and on CDs. Authors will be kindly requested to transfer their presentation on the PC used for the conference prior to their session. Authors of posters are  also kindly requested to leave the computer file of their poster to the organizers during the conference.

 The size of the panels for poster display is 85 cm x 130 cm.
